Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reimaginate Pty Ltd collects, uses, protects and retains personal information provided through this website.

Effective 12 July 2026

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, organisation email address, organisation, role, phone number and the information you include in your message. Please do not provide sensitive or confidential information through the website form.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare for an initial conversation and manage any resulting business relationship. A website enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing sequence.

How information is processed

Website enquiries are processed using Microsoft Azure services. The primary application and queue processing for the contact form are configured in the Australia East region. If queue delivery is unavailable, Azure Communication Services may send the enquiry to our contact mailbox as a delivery fallback.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you or meet legal obligations.

Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Information connected with an active or completed engagement may be retained for the relationship and applicable business-record requirements.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing contactus@reimaginate.com.au. We may need to confirm your identity before responding to a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
